1. I acknowledge that the ZM Trading Academy (referred to as the ‘Institute’) is not registered in Pakistan. ZM Trading Academy only operates through the website and the founder of this website provides trading knowledge based on their own study and expertise.
2. The Institute reserves the right to reject admission applications or revoke admission in the event of the provision of inaccurate, fraudulent, or incomplete information by the applicant.
3. The Institute reserves the right to request additional documentation for client verification purposes, including but not limited to proof of identity, residence, and financial status. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension.
4. I fully comprehend that engaging with international brokers is not legally permissible in Pakistan, and should I choose to trade with an international broker, the institute will not assume any responsibility for such actions.
5. I agree to comply with all relevant local and international laws, regulations, and guidelines governing currencies and commodities trading. Any violation of these laws will lead to immediate account suspension and legal action.
6. I acknowledge that trading in currencies and commodities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to market fluctuations, geopolitical events, and economic uncertainties. I understand that the institute does not guarantee profits and is not liable for any financial losses incurred during trading activities.
7. I am responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of my trading account credentials. Any unauthorized access or use of my account will be my sole responsibility. This institute is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access or account breaches.
8. The institute reserves the right to terminate my learning batch at its discretion, without prior notice, if it is determined that I have violated any terms and conditions outlined herein or engaged in fraudulent activities.
9. I understand that market information provided by the institute, including quotes and analyses, is subject to change without notice.
10. The institute shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and regulatory changes.
11. I acknowledge the risks associated with technology, including but not limited to system outages, connectivity issues, and data breaches. The Company is not liable for any losses incurred due to technical issues beyond its control
